SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s0.  The tracking number activates within 24 hours of processing.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates based on each carrier's listed projected times.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues and weather. 

Orders are typically packaged and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).   Business days are Monday through Friday from 8 am -5pm, central time. 

Please allow up to 14 business days from order date for processing and for your order to be shipped - regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.  

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and dimension of the package. Rooted in Grace reserves the right to choose the best shipping method for all "Free Shipping" or "Special Discount" offers. 

International Shipping
A customs/duty fee may be charged for international shipments and when purchasing at Rooted in Grace, customers are agreeing to pay for all the fees regarding the package. Rooted in Grace is not responsible for any customs/duty fees, these shall be the  sole responsibility of the customer.  Cardboard packaging may be removed for international orders to reduce the dimension of shipment. Rooted in Grace will not issue a refund for your order if your package is undelivered due to unpaid customs/duty fees. 

***Rooted in Grace does NOT accept any returns on items shipped internationally. 

Damages

Rooted in Grace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

Package Protection and Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance protects your order in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.  Because wigs are high-value items, this small optional fee ensures that if anything happens to your package, we can quickly replace it for you without a long carrier investigation.

Why do we offer it?

Hair products are expensive, and standard carrier policies often do NOT cover full replacement value.  Shipping insurance gives you peace of mind, faster resolutions, and priority support if the unexpected happens. 

What does it cover?

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged items during shipment

Is it required?

NO!  But, it is strongly recommended for high-value orders especially!

IF YOU DECLINE INSURANCE, ROOTED IN GRACE IS NOT LIABLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND!  NO EXCEPTIONS!
